Have One Built Just For You

Commissioning an Osthoff Guitar is a fairly simple process. After choosing the model, select the woods and options you would like. John can make some recommendations to create a one-of-a-kind instrument that matches your playing-style and needs. Once the options and details have been selected, a graphic illustration depicting the guitar will be created. This service will ensure that all design features have been considered. Minor design adjustments can be made at this time. When the design is finalized a high resolution color print will be delivered for you to keep. From this point, John will start building you guitar based on you position on the build list.

Terms

• An initial $750* refundable deposit required to get placed on the build list.
• 50% deposit of the final cost of the guitar is required before actual construction begins.
• Remaining balance due prior to delivery.
• ALL guitars are to be delivered within a Hardshell Case.

*Once the detailed design process has begun, the initial deposit is no longer refundable.

Returns

John is confident that you will be happy with your guitar. If for some reason there is a something that you do not like about your guitar, John will do his best to make it right. If you are still not satisfied, return the guitar within a 3-day 'trial' period. We will refund your payments minus the initial deposit, shipping charges, advertising costs, and any costs incurred to make the guitar resalable (i.e. removing the inlay of your ex's name in the fingerboard, repairs etc.) The payment will be sent to you soon after the guitar has been re-sold.
